If you are out of bread but still want to eat hummusy things with bread like you can use this super simple recipe to have a something to put the hummus on:
- 50% water
- 50% flour
- add things for taste: salt, pepper, sesame seeds, garlic etc...
Mix well and fry on a pan with a bit of fat at medium heat on both side.
And voilà, you have wrap/crepe/pancake like stuff to eat with your hummus-y thing.
Not perfect but still good and can save your hummus orgy.
