And I do mean that it was essentially a dry run for Rom - it had almost ALL of its elements: A threat that travelled from planet to planet, utterly destroying all life on each one, an alien order of space knights tasked with stopping it, weapons that only affected said threat and anything they'd infected, the possibility that it could be too late to save Earth and the planet would have to be destroyed in an attempt to dead-end said threat...

It was also a series that handled the fact that the main character was a woman who was previously in a poly relationship before the destruction of her homeworld like it was no biggie.

I kinda want to read IDW's Onyx again.

For what was essentially a dry run for the later Rom series, it was both bizarre and brilliant.

In my fictional world (that I've been neglecting writing for in favor for personal relaxation), I always imagined that different cities operate under different socio-political beliefs with no overwhelming majority for any one system in the world.

Mostly because you just can't expect superpowered people to operate in a single type of system.

Just a remark and question for all #Mastodon #app #developers (especially for Android):
We now have a bunch of apps, and none of them are perfect. To be honest; a lot of them are mediocre. The best is still by far the web app, but that doesn't have sharing capabilities or background notifications.

Why not combining your efforts? Why not develop together the one app to rule them all?! Just do it! #Opensource of course.
