Brands should not have accounts. They should have instances. Share the workload and let their social media workers be individuals instead of forcing them into a particular persona.
I don't want to hear from contoso@nastydon.social, and I block #brand accounts on sight. However, I might tolerate the presence of heywoodjablome@contoso.com if they're recognizably human and interesting.
