It's about 50/50 mix of used coffee grounds and smooth almond oil. I eyeball the honey amount to have a kinda-creamy texture, and then finish with a few drops of tangerine essential oil for the smell.

For the coffee grounds, it's best to dry them before you mix them out. I do that by putting them in the oven about 30-45 min at 100º Celsius.

I use this scrub for the whole body too (about once a week).

@DarckCrystale I didn't try anything but the almond one, which is usually praised for being a very good nourishing oil.
